Pet policy:
We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $400.00 refundable pet deposit for the first pet, and $200.00 refundable pet deposit for the second pet. Pet rent for the first pet is $20.00 per month, and $10.00 per month for the second pet. We restrict any dangerous breeds, and our weight limit is 75lbs.
